At KARAM, the Labour practices are considered to be of prime importance. KARAM ensures timely payment of wages, safe working practices, worker friendly practices, safe cool drinking water, free refreshments during working hours, well-lit ventilated working conditions, regular medical aid, Provident funds savings, Festival Bonuses and a very effective Grievance addressing system for its large workforce.
