The same has been established in the recent declaration by CRISIL ratings which have upgraded the long-term credit rating of Karam Group to ‘CRISIL A’ and short-term credit rating to ‘CRISIL A1’, on the 12th of May 2022.

CRISIL is a credit rating agency based in India, and a subsidiary of S&P Global Inc. CRISIL provides ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services to its clients. The agency assigns credit ratings to various debt instruments, such as bonds, debentures, commercial papers, bank loans, and structured finance instruments, to indicate their creditworthiness.

The intriguing fact here is that only 5-10% of companies fall under this category and KARAM was successful to achieve the same.
