Pre-Requisites

Site - Hall/Classroom arrangements with projector and screen near practical site
Basic Literacy
Learner should > 18 years
Physically fit and able to participate in practical activities
Appropriate PPE -Harness,Helmets,Safety Shoes, Gloves & Snug fitting clothes
Provision for two 15kg weights for practical
