GWO – Basic Safety Training - Working at Height Refresher at Approved Training Centre

Learning Objectives

  • Understand Hazards & risks for working at heights in wind turbine generator 
  • Principles and techniques of safe WAH 
  • Correct usage of PPEs, standards and its inspection 
  • Correct usage of self evacuation and rescue devices 
  • Demonstrate how to approach rescue situations in wind turbine 

Pre-Requisites

  • Site-Hall/Classroom arrangements with Projector and screen near practical site 
  • Basic literacy 
  • Physically fit and able to participate in practical activities 
  • WINDA Registration 
  • Learner must hold a valid GWO-BST-WAH certificate and uploaded on WINDA
  •  Participant's certificate should be valid till the day of Refresher Course assessment
